I had a fantastic experience with Michael from Mr. Appliance. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, but what really stood out was how thorough he was in explaining the problem and walking me through the solution. Michael took the time to make sure everything was done right, answered all of my questions, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. The service was efficient, honest, and stress-free, exactly what you hope for when dealing with an appliance issue. I highly recommend Michael and Mr. Appliance to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service. He truly went above and beyond.

As soon as I contacted Mr Appliances things were great! The phone conversation was very professional and the next day Tim the repairman arrived and he was also very professional and well experienced with his job. The repair went as planned price was as expected and work was successfully done.

I couldn’t have had a better experience with Mr. Appliance of Fredericksburg - from setting up my initial appointment by phone to the final repair. I received timely e-mail & text notifications of when my repair technician, Timothy, was expected to arrive & when he was on his way. Always on time, for the 2 visits he made. He was absolutely professional & personable, courteous, and neat & efficient in his work. If only for the service provided, I would definitely reach out to this company again if I need any future kitchen or laundry appliance repair. The final bill was more than I expected, but the work is done & I figure I paid for the seamless convenience as well.

Michael the technician was extremely professional, experienced and thorough. He wore booties in the house and put his own doormat on our porch! How impressive is that? He fixed our GE washer and also looked at a broken ice maker on our Samsung refrigerator. He did extensive trouble shooting to diagnose the issue and was very honest about a solution. We will bring him back any time we have an appliance issue.

Timothy was kind, courteous and funny. So thankful that he had the part on the truck and replaced it quickly. I cleaned up any mess and was very professional. Thank you for fixing my refrigerator.!
