I was very appreciative of everyone’s flexibility with my rigid schedule. The very kind customer service ladies promised they would be able to get a service person out at a reasonable time. Gabriel serviced my washing machine and was able to provide a quick solution to my issue. He ordered the parts needed and came back quickly to replace the broken parts as soon as he could. His and everyone’s level of care and service really impressed me. I would gladly recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone!

Brad the repair man did a wonderful job. And all the ladies I talked to on the phone were so kind and helpful! & my ice maker is working great! The only negative is I do think it's very pricey but I get this day and age everything cost soo much!
