I hate Matt service representative. After Matt fixed our GE dryer, Matt explaining everything he did to my wife in a professional, friendly manner, with some suggestions on further preventive maintenance and being there appreciative it and his time. Afterwards my wife said to me that won’t have me try to fix anything else around the house! So that’s why I hate Matt! Who knows what I’m gonna do with my spare time. Matt was very competent and quickly Identified the problem and fixed it. I would certainly have Matt back I don’t know if you can request technicians it would be nice if you could I certainly have a great confidence in his ability.

Sean from Mr. Appliance was amazing. He was very thorough and made sure my dryer was running safely before he left. He checked all the necessary vents to make sure they were properly working. Whenever we called the office, the staff was always very friendly, honest and helpful. I also liked that they sent me Sean’s picture before he arrived so I knew who to expect and what he looked like.

Michael did an awesome job representing Mr Appliance. Arrived on time, courteous, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed the issue quickly when the parts arrived. He’s also a great resource of knowledge on different brands of appliances we are considering to purchase. I’d recommend Mr Appliance without hesitation and specifically Michael for getting our issue resolved so quickly!

Our service request involved replacing an oven igniter the day before Christmas Eve. Of course, lol! If you’re searching for a highly reputable and customer service driven appliance repair company, call Mr. Appliance of Greater Livingston County! All the values displayed on their website were exceeded with our service experience! I would especially like to thank Jody, who returned our call for service at 7P and was so friendly and empathic to our situation, and then Michael, the service technician who has decades of appliance repair experience with an equally impressive set of interpersonal and communication skills was also highly engaging and friendly!!! Had Mr. Appliance scheduled for repair on a laundry center and refrigerator in same visit. 1/30/26 Analyzed and made recommendations for repairs. Refrigerator had a crack in it, which he noted, but recommended service anyway. Parts were ordered. 2/6/26 Returned for the 2nd visit and replaced the control board, damper and sensor on Fridge. Replaced the agitator & collar on laundry center. 2/10/26 3rd visit due to laundry still not operating correctly and fridge still freezing food. Reattached spring in wash tub and leveled and put another sensor into the refrigerator. Total paid to Mr. Appliance $1,109. 2/15/26 Fridge still freezing food :/ Replaced refrigerator directly through Frigidaire. Will not call this company for service again.
