Every time The service technician I think of the name Dan or Don came out he was very informative. Very helpful. Always. Wonderful work. Very courteous, friendly, helpful, honest, even took the time for a conference call to be made with two other people and to re-explain not once not twice but three times to each person. Everything that he told me he had to share two other times and when really he didn't have to but he did and he took his time and explaining and answering any questions and being very helpful. It's helpful as he could always above and beyond. You can call them and they give somebody out as fast as possible. They'll make an appointment with you and there's a lot of times that the hall and end up being able to come even sooner. I would recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone.

Don was fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain what went wrong, gave an honest assessment, and completed the repair with care. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. I truly appreciate his professionalism and will be recommending him to friends and family!

We were extremely happy with our recent service. Adam was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time on the day promised. He was very professional. Adam ran diagnostics on our washing and was able to identify the noise we hearing was normal. He did a physical inspection of the machine as well. Should we require any repairs on our appliances we will definitely call Mr Appliance of St Louis.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Mr. Appliance in Chesterfield, MO — a Neighborly company (I guess not so much). We originally called them for a warranty repair. A technician came out and completed the work, but within five days the issue resurfaced — clearly related to the original repair. When I contacted the office expecting basic follow-up service under the warranty, I was instead met with resistance and unnecessary defensiveness. The customer service representative, Debbie, was shockingly rude and unhelpful. Rather than listening or acknowledging that this was a warranty call tied to work they had just completed, she repeatedly focused on warning me about potential trip fees if the issue was somehow “my fault.” This was completely inappropriate given that th
