I am pleased to offer my sincere recommendation for George Montiel, the Mr. Appliance technician who recently visited our home to diagnose and repair our Miele dishwasher. George presented himself in a professional and courteous manner. He was well dressed, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable. Before beginning his inspection, he took the time to explain the process in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout his visit, George demonstrated a high level of skill and attention to detail. He accurately diagnosed the problem and ordered the required part. Four days later, the repair was scheduled and completed, and it went flawlessly. I have found it difficult to find service professionals who are not only competent, but also personable, respectful, and willing to educate their customers.

I recently had an outdoor barbecue kitchen installed in our backyard. For some reason the griddle was not working, so I contacted Mr. Appliance . Not only did they know what the issue was, they made sure to order the part in advance and then dispatched the technician to install it. They were able to finish up everything in under 30 minutes and did not charge me anything since it was covered under warranty.
