Latoya was amazing! Diagnosed my fridge failure, ordered the parts, returned and install was excellent. She’s courteous and well skilled. I hope she is assigned the next time I need appliance repairs!

Some day I'll learn. I googled the symptons for the noises our refrigerator was making. Watched the youtube videos, said I can do this. Ordered the part off of Amazon and replaced the part. Same issue. I'm too old for this. Called Mr. Appliance. A very professional crew came out the next day. Knew exactly what to do. Problem solved. Could have saved myself a lot a aggravation if I'd just left this to the professionals the first time. Don't be me. Hire trained professional for any job. It will save time, money and heartache in the long run. Old habits are hard to break. Next time I hope I remember this.

Andy is a total asset to the company. He told me he’s been with the company for 10 years …he’s a very loyal employee. Pricing was a little higher than expected but the work from Andy was very good. I’ve used this company several times over the last decade and they do a decent job. I will use them again.

Andy was great. Our under counter ice machine couldn’t be taken out due to a leak that caused the surrounding wood cabinet to swell. He was very helpful in suggesting people who could help & said they would apply the $159 diagnostic fee to reduce my final bill once I had it out & ready to work on. They usually only give you a 30 day window, but they will work with me if I can’t get it done in that timeframe. Once everything is done, I’ll give you a follow up.
