The technician was great! He was friendly, worked quickly and resolved our issue. I was not as pleased with the scheduling process however.

Zac from Mr Appliance was expedient and thorough in addressing and fixing our washing machine. The call staff, too, were also great. Thank you for fixing our washing machine.

The service tech was great, but the rates that he was required to charge were rather high. When I called and questioned the office, they said the prices were policy. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that it wouldn't do any good because they would tell me the same thing. We had the work done, it was done well, but will look for other options in the future that are more affordable.

I have used Mr. Appliance of Oviedo in the past. I called them to repair a washer. Technician Christian explained what was needed. A part had to be ordered and was over night. The washer was fixed the following day. My laundry area was left very clean. I will use this company again and recommend them to others.

Service technician showed up to look at our ice maker, which wasn’t working. Quickly diagnosed the ice maker needed to be replaced. He ordered one and said it would be delivered the next day via FedEx and that he would come the day after to install it. He said to order the ice maker we had to pay for the job up front. We did. Received the new ice maker as he said, but have had no contact from him or the company about installing it. We have called and then texted and were told “someone” would contact us about installation. 5 days now and still waiting…. Pretty poor customer service once they have your money…
