My service professional opened the washing machine quickly assumed a clamp was missing on the door gasket. As he didn't bother to test or even look inside the machine, hopefully this is all it is. Then I was informed me that it's a $240 flat fee for any labor including installing a clamp on the door gasket. Very easy. Paid the "diagnostic" fee of $129 instead despite no diagnosing having been done. I wasn't expecting someone to show up and work for nothing but their pricing is comically excessive. There is a long list of appliance repair companies, go with another. EDIT: There is no clamp on the outside, only on the drum itself (It's fine).
