Excellent Service from Mr. Appliance of Stuart! I had an outstanding experience with Mr. Appliance of Stuart when they repaired the water filter system on my refrigerator. The technician was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and had my fridge working perfectly in no time. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that values courtesy, honesty, and true expertise. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Stuart for anyone needing reliable appliance repairs done right the first time!

The technician who did the repair, Robert, has been involved in a number of repairs at my house for appliances under warranty. This particular repair involved my dryer, which was not under warranty. Robert is very well trained, very good at what he does, very reliable and very nice. The repair price for this item I have the feeling is very high, largely I’m assuming because of the price of the part that needed to be replaced. I was not particularly happy with the unilateral scheduling of the timing of this particular service visit over the weekend, and was unable to reach a live person To modify the scheduling. I ended up having to leave a voice message, which I’m not sure was actually heard by anyone, as Robert showed up here 15 minutes before we had to leave for a scheduled appointment

Jamie was exceptional. He was prompt, professional and informative. I have complete confidence in his skills and ability to repair any of my Thermadore appliances. I highly recommend him.

Mr Appliance was great. Great communication. Robert, the tech, was professional, knowledge. Took a bit to get an appointment, but it wasn't an emergency...only the dishwasher....lol Highly recommend.
