10/5 recommend! From start to finish, this company was professional and gave customer service you don’t get these days. They have great scheduling. The technician, Chris, was incredibly professional. He called me by name, shook my hand, and resolved the issue in a satisfactory manner.

Great service. Very knowledgeable technicians who worked knowledgeably & efficiently to fix our clothes dryer. They answered all of our questions, confirmed the price before they started, & cleaned up before they left! We are also impressed that parts & service are guaranteed for 1 year instead of the usual 30 days. We will definitely call Mr Appliance again!

It was a flawless experience from the beginning. I called another appliance repair company first and got stuck talking to an AI . I had some questions and the AI was just pissing me off so I hung up and called Mr. Appliance. I got a person and she was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I got notified about the timing of the appointment and the technician showed up on time. He was clearly an expert (and the manager of the business) and had detailed knowledge about my Induction range. He brought sophisticated computer equipment with him which was absolutely what was needed. He quickly diagnosed the problem and used his computer to fix it. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

We needed a circuit board. These folks got the part and quickly replaced it. Communications with all employees was prompt and courteous. The technician was friendly, courteous, and professional. We would use this company again and would recommend them to others.
