I have nothing but great things to say about this company! This is our second time working with them and each time I’m blown away by how smooth the process goes. They are so kind and easy to work with. They are professional, affordable, and their work always comes out beautifully! And the cherry on top for me was after he replaced our carpet, he also replaced the transition strip from builders grade bronze to silver so now it matches the bathroom! It’s the little details like this that make this company stand out to me. We appreciate yall! We look forward to working with you again in the future

Heard Mr Tim and his daughter had the best prices around and it proved to be true. Also had the best customer service- fast and efficient. The daughter is just incredibly helpful and I just loved the positive attitude from her smiling and talking and walking. Dad was sweet, made me laugh & just laid back. Shout out to Mr. Carpet, Inc.. Ally and Corbin bent over backwards to help me get new carpet installed in three bedrooms in less than 24 hrs. Its been a long time since I've seen this level of customer service. Their contractor installers Steve and Mike were amazing, over and above in every way.
