Today, Trent Heating And AC replaced one of my Heat Pump systems in my home. Derek and the guy helping him(i didn't catch his name) were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They went right to work and finished in a timely manner. The job space was neat and cleaner after they left. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I left them there by themselves because I had to go back to work. Great job guys, I appreciate it.

I went through at least 4 different local HVAC companies before I settle for Trent Heating and Air. I worked with Troy who examined my system and provided detailed explanations and breakdown of what and why I’m replacing and the cost of the replacements. Some of these companies in my experience, was hesitant and unwilling when it comes to breaking down what you’re paying for in their quote. Troy from Trent made the process feels less stressful because I was dealing with a reasonable person who I feel was transparent with me from start to finish. The quote to replace my indoor and outdoor unit was the most realistic and reasonable out of the 4 companies I got quoted for. I’d happily recommend them to anyone and work with Troy and Roshad again.

I’ve been the unlucky consumer of a Daikin mini split purchased almost 5 years ago from Trent HVAC. Over that time period, over half of the original installation cost has been spent on labor for replacing defective warranty parts. So Daikin’s 12 year warranty is useless! During that timeframe, Trent HVAC also imposed a 50% deposit to order warranty replacement parts for defective components. Given the dismal Daikin reliability track record, I requested a Mitsubishi HVAC replacement quote. There quote was over $3600 higher than there competitors! The take away considering some of these Google reviews. Evidently Trent HVAC doesn’t treat all their loyal paying customers the same!!! Trent Heating & Air originally installed my home system so it’s natural I call them when service is needed. This summer, during a routine service check, it was discovered the A/C coil was leaking. James Farmer was the tech who discovered the leak and suggested the appropriate plan of action for repair. JOB WELL DONE JAMES ! Much to my delight, James was also the tech who installed the replacement coil last week. Now there are many service technicians that are good, and many that are average and many you care not to have back in your home. James Farmer is a talented, meticulous and skilled technician that is EXCELLENT at his craft. Had a five star experience with the staff and crew here. Prior to even committing to the purchase of a new unit, the consultation was very professionally done, and included a small amount of maintenance work which they did on our old unit as a curtesy. The quote presented to us outlined multiple options and was presented in a great 'good, better, best' format, unlike other companies who simply present a price with no details of what you're getting with your money. Derek Fountain and his crew arrived promptly and replaced our 18 year old unit quickly and efficiently.
