The two workers, Giovanni and Antonio, showed up right on time and did a thorough job sweeping and inspecting the chimney. They were both friendly and acted very professionally, making sure to keep everything tidy during their work. After they finished, I lit a fire that evening and noticed the flue was closed, which caused some smoke in the house and set off the alarms. After airing things out, everything was fine again. Next time, I’ll double-check the flue myself before starting a fire, just to be safe. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend them for anyone needing chimney cleaning.
