Mr. Comfort Heating & Cooling

This company has no business being in business at all. As a retired builder of 67 years of being in business .I have never been treated so poorly by this company. After more than a dozen messages by text and my phone it would take 3 to 4 days for him to respond back. It's unacceptable practice .I was trying to get my heat pump in furnace for the winter we had a tentative date of the week of November 17th . Do to my wife's health condition I had to change it by one week to the 24th. The week before I was trying to reach Adam to find out if that was acceptable. I never got a response. I asked him to check on the thermostat if I could be changed to a remote start where I could change it with my phone it took him 10 days to come up with well I think it won't work. I had a new furnace installed back in June. Adam and his crew did an outstanding job. The unit looks & works fantastic. When they completed the work the area was cleaner than when they started!!

Adam and his crew were great! Overcame any obstacles, including working around another crew here doing flooring, and removing and re-installing baby gates! This is the second time I’ve used Adam and Mr.Comfort for a complete Furnace and AC replacement (2 different homes)! Highly recommend!

The day after Christmas I had an issue with my furnace and reached out to Adam. He was here within 15 minutes addressed the issue and had me and my family warm and cozy so quickly. He is the best and we are so thankful for him!

Replaced old furnace and AC with an awesome Heil system. Adam is very prompt and professional! Also had us financed in ten minutes! The crew came in around 8 and was finished by 1. Can’t ask for better service than that, will gladly recommend to anyone.
