Mr. Duct

We have used Mr. Duct multiple times and have always had a great experience with them. Most recently, Tristan and Jessie blew out our air ducts, serviced the furnaces, and cleaned out the dryer vents. I really appreciated how open they were to me asking questions. As a relatively new home owner, it was a great educational experience with great service.

I normally don’t write one-star reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I paid for a three premium air duct cleaning service ($810), and after completion, I was informed that the technicians did not clean the blower motor. Anyone who knows about air duct cleaning understands that the blower motor must be cleaned as well, since it’s all connected. When I asked about this, I was told it would cost an additional $200 per unit for blower motor cleaning—and I have three units. I would not recommend this company or use their services again. There are plenty of other affordable companies that are upfront about what’s included in their pricing.

From the first interaction I was impressed with the professionalism and clear communication. They were able to accommodate my schedule and were to my house within 2 hours of calling. The guys were thorough, friendly, and thoughtful as they worked. I would definitely recommend and will use again as needed.

I have nothing by positives for your staff. They were both polite, respectful of our condo, and worked cleanly and efficiently.  The entire experience was an A+++ level of service. We will definitely reach out to Mr. Duct in the future for our next cleaning!

Naal was polite and professional as he worked to clean the air ducts and dryer vents throughout my home. He worked quickly in extremely cold temps to minimize the impact on my home temperature, and was thorough in cleaning up when finished. The price was very reasonable, and I look forward to doing business with the Mr Duct team in the future. Thanks!
