Mr. Duct

Our hose fell out of the dryer vent and we couldn't get it back up, and it was time for our yearly dryer duct cleaning anyway so we had Mr. Duct come take care of it for us. Absolutely friendly and easy appointment setup with immediate availability. The price was given up front and when our tech Alejandro arrived we were given a call when he was on his way. He showed up on time and was very professional and respectful, and did a thorough job. We were even able to pay using Zelle which was very convenient.

Really great experience and the price wasnt bad. We had our dryer vent cleaned by them a few times and its helped my dryer work as it should. So thankful. They even replaced the metal mesh that a was put in from someone that wasnt not functioning safely and had a cage on hand to replace same day.

I have been using Mr. Duct for 3 years and I am also impressed with their professionalism. It's always easy to get a technician out and they are prompt and quickly resolve the issue. I also appreciate the additional knowledge that is shared after the service is performed.

I called Mr. Duct to have my dryer vents cleaned after having someone locally attempt and still getting multiple error messages on my new dryer. Jason- the tech that came out immediately identified the problem and efficiently corrected it. What I originally thought would be a vent cleaning turned into a replacement with a new rigid material as opposed to the flexi-accordion type I had. I was mortified when he showed me how old and clogged the flexi tubing was. Grateful to have had it corrected. He was a true professional and did an excellent job.

I hired this company for duct cleaning, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The customer service team is exceptional (everyone is really great, specially Tiffany) - friendly, responsive, and always willing to answer my questions. As a newcomer to the US, I had many queries about the service, and they patiently addressed each one. On the day of the cleaning, Michael Andersons did a great job. He ensured everything was thoroughly cleaned and he fixed all back together before he left. I highly recommend this company and would definitely hire them again in the future.
