⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service from Richard & Roy at Mr. Electric I had Richard and Roy from Mr. Electric install all new light switches in our bedroom, along with an outdoor security light, and they were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, and they approached everything with genuine care. They completed all the work the same day and even performed a full safety check on our electrical system, which gave me great peace of mind. It’s rare to find technicians who combine skill, efficiency, and kindness the way they did. I’m very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend Mr. Electric for anyone needing reliable, top‑quality electrical work.

Albert from Mr. Electric of Phoenix Metro arrived on time and was extremely patient while I coordinated with movers and a cable technician who were also working on my project. He installed an additional Wi-Fi doorbell chime, several new wall outlets, a panel surge protector, and a new TV wall mount. He also removed an existing wall-mounted TV and bracket. When I realized I had purchased the wrong light bulbs for my automated track lighting, Albert went to the store to select the correct ones and installed them—even working from a ladder due to the ceiling height. He helped integrate the new doorbell chime into my home security system and went above and beyond to troubleshoot and resolve issues when I couldn’t get the new components to connect, despite my familiarity with my home automatio

I had an electrician come out for what I expected to be a simple inspection after I made a mistake relocating an outlet myself. Not only did he immediately identify the issue, but he fixed it efficiently and correctly without making me feel foolish for trying to DIY it in the first place. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of my home, and the entire visit was smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he was genuinely pleasant to work with, the kind of person you’re actually glad showed up at your door. Albert came to our house to change our six co2 alarms. Polite, on time, efficient and knowledgeable , he installed our devices and showed us how to test them.
