From initial inquiry to service completion, my issue was resolved in less than 24hrs!!! I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service with this company! The initial inquiry was taken by an AI representative during after hours. It was a unique experience, but the AI was very patient and accurate. The AI did a great job at gathering my basic information so that a live representative could get back to me about my inquiry the next business day. I got a phone call the next morning first thing from a live representative that confirmed my basic information, the issue at hand, and my availability for a technician to come out for service. Carson came out today to inspect a flickering bathroom light fixture. He started by checking our electrical panel for any issues and recommended potential upgrades. He rewired the bathroom and wall switch and the bathroom fixture. We changed all bulbs and problem solved. We also discussed other electrical changes we need. All the work and estimates were completed and quoted at reasonable prices. Carson was pleasant and knowledgeable and I would recommend him and Mr Electric for you electrical needs.

I needed a check of a potential electrical issue. I called a competitor first and soonest they could come was 2 weeks out. My next call was to Mr Electric... next day service. Gary was courteous, professional and took the time to explain things. Pricing was not absurd.

James and Carson were helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to help me fix my electrical issue. They talked me through the problems I was experiencing and tested everything thoroughly to make sure it worked after their fixes. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
