Mr. Electric of the Tri-Cities

Nash came out to inspect our electric system and provide an estimate. He arrived early. He was both thorough and knowledgeable. He was very articulate, presented himself well and represented his company in a professional manner. He educated us on our system and the repairs and upgrades required for it to operate under code. His estimate was detailed and he communicated his recommendations effectively. I strongly recommend Nash if you have any electrical needs.

They provided a quality service at a reasonable price. My tech, Mikey, was a pleasure to talk to and not only did he service my equipment so it ran like new, but when he was done he also took the time to clean it so it looked like new too. It seems to be increasing rare to find someone who takes that kind of pride in their work these days. I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Dakota and Joshua replaced our entire breaker panel and they were awesome! They communicated very clearly about their arrival and departure times. They left their workspace immaculate. (which is VERY impressive considering the snow and slush they had to trudge through in our yard.) They went above and beyond in every way, even labeling the new breakers and installing extra smoke detectors in the bedrooms of our home. I would 100% recommend them for any electrical needs. Nash came out today to resolve an issue we had and he was punctual, friendly, informative and solved the issue quickly. He gave us some insights on what to expect in the future and how he might approach the situation if it were his home. Bonus points for bringing shoe coverings and putting them on before entering the house. A previous contractor had used our cream colored runner to wipe his muddy boots, so this was a pleasant change of pace 😆. I always like dealing with Chelsea at the office as well; communication is great clear, and flexible. They’ll text, which in my case is great because I am not always be able to answer the phone, but can communicate.

This is our second time using Mr. Electric, and this experience was just as good as the first. Ashley and Forrest did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and made sure to use shoe covers as soon as they entered the house (one of those little details that carries a lot of weight). Ashley gave me a quote up-front, and there were no hidden surprises or "gotcha" fees after work was completed. We won't hesitate to use Mr. Electric in the future for any other electrical needs!
