Mr. Fix It, Trent Waites, was fantastic! He was personable, professional, and did an amazing job fixing my air unit. When something was not working correctly, he came back free of charge to check. I would highly recommend Mr. Waites!

We used Mr. Fix-It to clean our AC unit. Trent was knowledgeable, professional, and timely. He cleaned our unit, as well as went above and beyond in letting us borrow his UV air purifier for weeks after. Trent has been doing this for awhile and is a wealth of knowledge of quality indoor air and comfort. Would recommend!

Trent (owner) came out in May 2022 and diagnosed my newish (2019) Carrier unit: compressor failure! Worked with Carrier to get a replacement and had his team install. Within a month this compressor also failed and Trent again came out; worked with Carrier again and had his team install the unit. No problem so far! Trent and his team were reliable, on time, and 2/3 the cost wanted by the original installer. Very pleased and highly recommend!

I had no air on a Friday during the last weekend of July, so I was thrilled when Mr. Fix it answered the phone at night and said he would come by the next day. He told me I had a leaking coil and it was probably still under warranty. He said he would check and, if so, I wouldn’t pay for anything but labor. I let him know I was anxious on the time element because it was during the hottest part of the hottest summer. He said he would get to it early in the week and would let me know when on Monday. Sat-mon- no a/c. Miserably hot. No word from Trent, Mr. Fix it.. Tues:I Called 5x. No word. Finally, I left a message saying, I will get someone else to do the job, but if you have the part, I need it as it is under my serial number. He then called back and said he had it and would be over Wedn
