Under the false appearance of a legitimate and professional business, this company is nothing more than a deceptive operation. I am writing this to warn anyone considering their services: stay away. Here is the reality of my experience: * Upfront Payment: They demand payment in advance to secure the job, appearing organized and reliable at first. * Massive Delays: Once they have your money, communication dies. I received my order months later than promised. * Incorrect Materials: Despite specific requests and a clear contract, they used cheap, low-quality materials that were completely different from what I ordered. * Abysmal Craftsmanship: The final finish is incredibly poor. DO NOT use these guys. They are straight up crooks. I had them assess changing a lock for my bathroom door. After visiting, they said they would need to order a lock which would require a $300 deposit. Told me it should only take a few weeks. After several months, I started calling them and they said they weren't able to find the lock and would give me my deposit back. I then called 10 MORE TIMES demanding my deposit back and they kept saying no problem, someone from accounting would call me right back to complete the transactions. No one ever did. Not once. I then started emailing and the customer service person said she kept trying to follow up with the owner but was not hearing back. We had this glass company put in a small storefront for us and honestly, they nailed it. The crew showed up on time, super professional, and really paid attention to the little details.
