Mr. Handyman of Huntington and Smithtown

Well the initial list that was given and we had quoted somehow missed the floor installation that was clearly on my list. Then the handyman left before my railing came and said he would be back (note, he painted the wall and I decided to get the new railing to put back last minute).I got a call that they would send him back it’s only 10 min job. Next day comes and he doesn’t show up and I text and have in writing the office should have called you to tell you I would come tomorrow. I said ok. Just wanted to make sure you were coming back. Then next day is here and I get a call that they want to charge me to come back to install it. I just spent $5000 on various items they did and no customer appreciation or stand by their word. Very disappointing. It started out good. Guy was on time

Mr Handyman did an amazing job putting up a partition wall, painting and adding floors in my home. The process was seamless and the work was done exactly how they said it would be. John, Greg and Jim were all a pleasure to work with - honest, transparent and communicated throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend using this company for all aspects of home improvement.

We hired Mr. Handyman to replace damaged kitchen toe kicks and handle a few additional repairs, and overall we had a very good experience. Jim C., the technician, was professional, punctual, and easy to work with throughout the project. Jim took the time to explain the work, addressed some existing damage, and made sure everything was installed cleanly and securely. The finished toe kicks look much better than before and blend well with the existing cabinetry. He also handled the extra items efficiently during the same visit. We appreciated Jim’s straightforward communication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend Jim C. and would use Mr. Handyman again for similar projects.

I have had multiple projects completed by Greg and his colleagues at Mr Handyman. I have always been very satisfied with the quality of work and follow up on all projects. Greg has multiple skills, competence and experience that enable him to provide more than you might expect from their “Handyman“ name, as he is capable of and has completed major carpentry work among my projects. The back up office support and communication with the customer is also commendable. I highly recommend this company for all projects, big and small.
