Mr. Handyman of New Bern and Jacksonville

I hired Mr. Handyman to repair a hole in the drywall and attach an electrical box to the wall. Dealing with the office staff (Jennifer) was very easy, and her customer service is outstanding! When Jon came out for the bid, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. Due to a miscommunication, there was a slight delay in the timing of the repair. However, the delay was not long, and Jon did a fabulous job! Because of the delay, the manager, David, gave me a discount on my bill. That is professionalism and great customer service! Everyone I dealt with at Mr. Handyman is professional and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Dave and John installed an aluminum pergola. John was excellent at interputing installation instructions from (you probably can guess). Both Dave and John were personable and professional. John is a valuable asset for Dave and the Mr. Handyman franchise! Thank you for all you did! Joe & Laura

Firstly, the owner, Dave, graciously came out for my estimate during after hours due to my work schedule not being compatible with business hours. I knew I chose correctly just seeing the level of care and friendliness he displayed. His quick analysis of my laundry list put me at ease and I realized that his integrity and attention to detail was what I could expect from his team of professionals as well. Dave assigned Alexis Kane to my day long project and she did not disappoint! She fixed a botched job from some previous contractors in a closet and a bookshelf/storage space by hiding the exposed electrical wiring and crafting an outlet cover for the back end as well as updating the built in aforementioned bookshelf with new paint and table top. She installed weather stripping in my back

We had John Plumlee come to our home and provided the estimate for our guest bathroom shower/tub combination repair and then came and completely repaired and remedied our problem with quality and very meticulous work in our home. John is an excellent communicator and also very courteous and knowledgeable in many different areas.
