What a great company! Rule of thumb, if the customer service is great then so is the actual service they provide. I was quoted that I could not get same day service. I spoke with Natasha in the office. She went above and beyond to get me somebody today to fix My door ( that was broken into) She sent me Tim (and provided his full name and picture for security purposes )who was just as wonderful. He had one job to do and he did it well …he fixed It efficiently in breaking time and very affordable… I will be using this company again. I have other things that need to be done in my home. I would not recommend anybody else… Thank you, Mr. handyman.

Quick turnaround time from call to appointment (scheduled on day of call for next day) and very professional. Richard was excellent in figuring out the issue with the temp control on my bathroom tub, giving me updates as he troubleshooted. He even went above and beyond when the initial replacement part didn’t work to figure out an alternative solution which fixed our problem. I can’t thank him enough for his diligent effort and expertise. He even gave me tips on other plumbing related issues I’ve had recently!
