Ivan who ran the job and quickly diagnosed the problem and devised a solution. Ivan and John put together a good work plan at a good price. On Sunday, our living room ceiling partially collapsed. My husband spoke with John on Sunday and he rearranged their schedule to be here first thing Monday morning. They did and excellent job and were gone in less than 4 hours. I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel until they came through and completed the job.
