Mr. Handyman of West Knoxville

I had a huge hole in my ceiling due to the roof leaking. Mr. Handyman was able to get me in ASAP and the tech fixed up that hole and provided excellent service. My cats didn't mind him or get in his way!

Joe showed up on time and when he said he would. He was able to get the ceiling repair completed in a day vs. other estimates which quoted up to three days and for more money. Their pricing was resonable and fair. The communication before and follow up afterwards was also great. Highly recommended.

We needed both the front door and back doors replaced so we called Mr. Handyman West Knoxville. Got an appointment within a few days. The technician Ray Jones came out and replaced both our front and back exterior doors. He did an excellent job. He made sure to check every detail and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will hire them again when we need something repaired or installed or replaced.

I hired this company to come install a wall pet door. The worker arrived 20 minutes late. He briefly looked at the two potential places I showed him and said he couldn’t do it due to there being outlets and therefore electric wires running in the wall. Never did he take measurements of the door, wall space where the door would go, or attempt to locate the potential electrical wires. He then charged me 70 dollars for a “dispatch fee” and left. I proceeded to go to the hardware store, bought a stud finder with AC voltage detector and determined the electrical wires were well out of the way and running above of where the door would go. I went for it and installed it myself, never encountering wires or having any issues what so ever. I have very little handyman experience.

Mr Handyman remodeled my kitchen and repaired my basement ceiling after a leak. I am extremely pleased. Jim designed most of it (the countertops were via Granite Depot who they recommended). They replaced the cabinets and fixtures and appliances and plumbed everything. They also repaired the floor which transitioned seemlessly into my old floor. The ceiling and drywall repair look great (the entire area from the fan back to the wall was was ripped out and the wall and ceiling repaired and painted). They arrive on time and clean up after themselves. The price did not change from what we agreed upon. There was one little thing that was left that had to be ordered and they returned AFTER they were completely paid and did exactly what they said. They are more expensive than a lot of people but
