Mr. Handyman Tri-County

I hired Mr. Handyman Tri-County Wayne to install a set of glass shower doors in a newly remodeled bathroom. Dado, the service representative, was nice, courteous and seemed knowledgeable. The installation seemed to be going longer than initially discussed. I asked Dado how everything was going and he said we had “a little problem.” We took a look at the work and I discovered that the top support, which holds the glass doors, was badly damaged. Dado had already cut the damaged piece, which eliminated any possibility of returning the unit, and was trying to force the damaged piece into place to make it work. I told him that this was unacceptable and asked why he didn’t bring it to my attention when he discovered the piece was damaged, to which he had no reply. He then quickly cleaned up p

I have become a happy and satisfied customer of Mr. Handyman. Kieth and Tyler did great work, were clean and cleaned up afterward. It took a reasonable amount of time to complete the job. Reasonable price. Maritza did a great job of coordinating everything. This group and company are highly recommended.

I had a couple projects that needed to be completed for a home insurance inspection, though it's stuff we've put off accomplishing earlier. The side of the house had to cleared of mildew on the vinyl siding and garage door painted. We have used Mr Handyman at my church and they did a good job so I called them for my projects. The rep in the office, sorry I forget her name, was very helpful and we made an appt for someone to come by the following week. Ed arrived today right on time. We looked over the work needed and he assured me it could be done on a chilly windy day. I did not have paint for the door so Ed went to Home Depot to purchase a gallon and he picked a perfect shade. Maritza was incredibly helpful from the very start — she quickly connected me with a local handyman when I needed a toilet replaced. Franklin showed up and was nothing short of professional and respectful throughout the entire process. Even when the first toilet arrived broken, he didn’t miss a beat. Once I exchanged it, he came right back and completed the installation perfectly. I really appreciated his reliability, attitude, and skill. I’ll definitely be reaching out again for more projects around the house.
