I recently moved into my new home & wanted 1 key for all of my locks including the front storm door (I was not given a key for the rear door and front storm door at closing). I was referred to Mr. Keys from my home contractor. Great referral! First, I called the office and spoke with Crystal, who was extremely helpful with every contact I had with her. She had given me a lot of info over the phone & through email. It was suggested that I come into the store and speak with the owner, Mark. Mark, the owner & is extremely knowledgeable about his profession!!…something that I never really gave much thought to & WOW, he taught me a lot about security which is something we all need to consider & know now a days!!!) Personable office staff and expert installers. Justin came out to install new locks and door hardware for several doors. He coordinated with us several days before the appointment and offered suggestions. He arrived on time, was very friendly and efficient and did a great job. Second time using Mr. Keys and highly recommend them!

My experience from entering the store to arrange the appt for service, to having Justin come out to change the locks on my house was so pleasant and efficient. Justin was personable, highly competent and honest. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Highly recommend Mr. Keys. Bill expertly replaced the lock system on our Therma-Tru door with something easier to use. He made multiple trips to ensure the job was done correctly. Very personable and professional. Also, they do a great job copying keys when all the keys I've gotten done at Ace Hardware and Home Depot never work! Excellent local company.
