Mr. Klean Carpet Cleaning

Brought two rugs for In Shop Area Rug Cleaning, a 6x9 and a wool 8x11. We unrolled them in the driveway for inspection. Micheal said no problem and walked of to let Maria finish the paperwork and collect payment. When I came to pick up the rugs they all rolled up nice and neat and straight. Excited to take them home and roll them out. When I got home and unrolled the rugs the 6x9 looked acceptable. The 8x11 however was completely damaged and now a light shade of brown instead of white and the colored designs had run. Three spots on the rug had a completely different texture, looked like they were over scrubbed. Michael stated it was nothing he did.
