Everything about this experience was top notch. Initial contact with customer service was amazing. I received many updates and reminders via text regarding the service appointment. The service call was on time. The technician was friendly and explained the problem and the options. I’m very satisfied.
Their AI "assistant" to help schedule repairs is complete garbage. Can't get service as I can't get through that.
