Great service and quick, but I felt cheated by the pricing. Some kid in a Mercedes came and charged me $345 to open my locked car (keys inside), which took him 5 minutes. Other quotes I was getting were $85-$110. I called and asked for a quote and time estimate and next thing I know someone is calling me saying he’s 25 minutes away and since I was in a bind I said OK and then after he opened my car he said it’ll be $345. I’m curious if others were charged this much too.
I really appreciated their friendly customer service and how smoothly everything was handled. If you’re looking for a reliable locksmith service, I highly recommend Mr. Locks!
