Very responsive and they were able to get the job done quickly. We bought a new house and we needed to change the water heater, called a few places that looked at the 1996 one we had - told us they hadn't seen one that old before/ ghosted us. But Mr.Louis Plumbing came out, gave us a quote, and were up for the task. Now we have a beautiful newly installed water heater. Very nice and professional.

Woodley from the Marion county/ Ocala office did a great job in the diagnosis of the issue and the installation of a new heater. I have a home warranty and Mr . Louis plumbing worked with them to make the replacement happen quickly and easily. Will use them again in the future..

My grandma had them come out and change 2 heating elements on her water heater for $400 still wasn’t working she went out and noticed a random wire wasn’t connected so she called back and said hey there is a random wire any idea if this is why it’s not working. They said no that’s fine. Well she had someone else come out today and connect the wire. Magic it’s working now after spending hundreds more. She called back to say hey that wire actually was the reason it wasn’t working and was told that she disconnected that they didn’t forget to do it. Great experience.
