After getting 12 quotes for my home's kitchen countertops, Mr Marble was priced the most competitively. Beating some competitors by almost half the price. When it came to the installation and quality of work, I was very pleased. The guy that came to do measurements was very knowledgeable and walked through all the details carefully. His measurements were 100% accurate to the ones I took. Most companies I worked with were quoting 10-15% more sqft after measuring very dishonestly. When it came to the installation, the team was incredibly diligent, detail oriented and careful. The big problem with Mr Marble, though, is the front office. Communication and organization was terrible, I had to stay on top of them multiple times a day and it felt like I had to force them to get things done. Deadli

While our bathroom countertop is beautiful, our experience with the company hasn’t been great. They didn’t show up for measurements the first day they were scheduled. They showed up without masks to install and when I asked them to put them on, they said they didn’t have any. It’s irresponsible to have workers going into people’s homes during a pandemic without face coverings available if the customer prefers it. When they went to install it, it turns out our cabinets aren’t level. Instead of dealing with that properly, they put two shims on one side and left it obviously bent up on one end. Despite us telling them it wasn’t straight, they kept saying it’s level and left. Now we have to have other employees come out and fix it because they were in a hurry to go home after arriving late.

This is our second project with Mr. Marble. We are very pleased with the process and results of our new cabinet tops and backsplash project. Their prep priority before the demolition of our old tops was the protection of our property. They taped heavy construction paper to all floor areas adjoining the cabinets as well as traffic areas. At the end of each day the construction area was swept and the debris was hauled away. Disrupting our everyday lives can be annoying, but it was kept to a minimum by having no delay due to down time during the project. Everyone was very nice and respectful of our home. The price was very competitive and best of all, our kitchen is beautiful.
