Mr. Mover

Truck drivers who have Delivery at this company are a company that does not care about our time, they talk very badly and are rude, avoid making deliveries for this company, you will waste your time and patience with them, I had an unpleasant experience with them and I also lost the load that I had already scheduled, this is my experience with them.

We were very happy we called Mr Mover to move a truckload of furniture from 3 storage units to our new home in Columbus. I estimated at least 7 hrs was needed to move our belongings but Mr Mover was able to complete the move including travel in less than 5 hrs. The 4 man crew led by Donnie worked nonstop with no breaks even though I told them to take a break. They kept working nonstop even when the weather turned nasty. They were friendly and efficient, and the cost was definitely less than I anticipated. We will use Mr Mover again when we start moving our heavy furniture around in the future. Moral to the story, our furniture is now in our new house. That is the only good news. How they went about moving the furniture, not so good. 3 guys showed up at our old house, with 2 trucks. They were not wearing "uniforms" or tshirts to identify or represent themselves professionally. It was a very hot day, so I will give them grace for that. None of the furniture was wrapped to protect it from damage. The items were just loaded on the truck with the hope that it didn't fall or scrape against the other furniture. When they arrived at the new house, one of the movers took his sweaty tshirt off and layed it on our driveway to "dry out". At one point, there were 3 sweaty tshirts laying in the driveway. Again, I know it was hot, but that seemed a bit unprofessional. 2 of the 3 movers seemed

They are amazing, affordable, professional and everything good about a moving company! So long story short, I went with a company previous to finding Mr. Mover. The other company left all of my belongings in the garage, didn't distribute any of my boxes, and charged me a crazy expensive cost. Not to mention they charged me for supplies they didn't even use. Six men, 12 hours, thousands of dollars later, and I was not able to even begin unpacking my new house without first personally moving everything in. This was my first time hiring movers, I usually get my cousins to do it, but we are all getting older lol. So I thought this was how it worked. I was wrong. Anyway, Today I had to find a solution. We had an UNBELIEVABLY GREAT experience with Mr. Mover. This company went WAY above and beyond in easing our stress, accommodating our timeline in a hectic time of year, and making sure we did not have to worry about our possessions. From the office staff (Pam is awesome to work with) to the movers (big kudos to Jeremy and the team), we had an exceptional team on both sides - loading and unloading. It was worth every penny to have the peace of mind that our belongings were being handled with care. The movers were on time and ready to work. They were professional, always polite, and friendly.
