It's hard to find someone who knows about a knight lochinvar system walking through the door... in my city anyhow. Mark knows his boilers! This is the second time he has worked his magic on my boiler over a few years time. I don't have to sit and listen to him call tech support asking for assistance, he comes in the door, obviously with years of knowledge, straight to the system and fixes it. I talked to him on the phone before he arrived, he knew what the problem was before he got here. If you want your boiler fixed right, the first time, this is your guy! Thanks Mark!

Mark is such a nice guy. On a weekend, running out of fuel oil to heat the house, we called over 5 places to ask a few questions, Mark was the final call, left a message and got a call back within 5-10minutes! Very knowledgeable and great person all around! Thank you for answering my questions!

MR. HEAT AND COOL provided excellent service, very thorough and diligent. Mark and Tyler went above and beyond to fix my furnace. Not only did they repair it, they also cleaned it and informed me on how to maintain and keep my furnace running efficiently.

They charged my parents $120 to come and fix their furnace and it stopped working not even a week later, when my father called and asked if they could come back and see whats wrong they said they would have to charge them again. Ridiculous.
