We had Santino out to do fix a faucet and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong. He helped me so much! Mr Plumber is amazing! They had great prices too! We will definitely be returning customers!

Our septic alarm kept going off. They came out right away and located the problem, which was a piping repair as well as a new septic pump install. While necessary parts were ordered, we waited a short amount of time - they provided a temporary pump to service our needs until the new pump arrived and was installed. Every time we had a question or concern, we were able to do a call back and they would come. It was never an issue if a call back or concern needed to be addressed. The job has been completed. They were excellent, professional and very kind. We highly recommend them and their servicesWe are very happy clients.

This is my third time using the services of Mr. Plumber. The whole staff is very friendly. Calling the main number is guaranteed that you will speak to someone who is friendly and understanding. Rich, the plumber, is fantastic. He has been in my house before to unclog my bathtub and the sewer trap. He took the time to educate me on what signs to look for that will indicate it is time to replace the pipes. It is because of him I potentially saved a lot of money on water damage. He came to replace a main pipe that had visible corrosion and it turned out that part of the pipe behind the wall had huge hole!!!!! I am so happy to have gotten ahead of a potential disaster.
