We’ve been working with Mr. Pool for 5 years and the entire team is great. Daniel has been an absolute superstar. Going above and beyond every time.

We’ve had several issues with our built-in hot tub, and Daniel Morgan at Mr. Pool has always been there to help us. He is knowledgeable, kind, and very generous with his time and expertise. He explains everything clearly and patiently, never makes us feel rushed, and we truly appreciate how helpful and thoughtful he is.

I recently had my pool resurfaced by Mr. Pool. It was a big job and my old, stained and rough pool now looks like new. It is amazing! Thank you to everyone who worked in this project: Dylan, Cameron and the construction crew. However, the work did not stop there as it took quite a lot of maintenance to manage the water chemistry for the first 4 weeks (normal procedure after resurfacing). Adam has been doing an amazing job taking care of the pool and making sure that the final aspect of resurfacing work was carried out with expert care. It was a lot of work but he was here every week and went above and beyond. Thank you!!

I manage a small motel in Boulder and I go to Mr. Pool for all of my hot tub maintenance and supplies. Daniel, the lead technician, is consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I've faced many issues with the tub on property over the years and Mr. Pool has always been there to diagnose and fix anything that's wrong at a fair price. This is our community's third year working with Mr. Pool. We have an issue with one of our pumps. Daniel Morgan quickly diagnosed the issue and recommended an electrician to handle the repair. The electrician will be here tomorrow morning. Daniel has been an excellent service technician in diagnosing and repairing several issues we had in the past two years.
