John and Tammy did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets in our apartment after moving out! They were beyond kind, quick, and showed great results. They gave us future cleaning tips to help with minor cleaning on our own, were great to talk with, and gave us an overall pleasant experience. We will definitely be calling them in the future! I definitely recommend them to anybody in need of cleaning!

John does great work. He’s very responsive and easy to book, and always on time and very professional. The only reason I’m giving him 4 stars instead of 5 is because the odor of cigarette smoke left in our house. John has cleaned my carpets multiple times and I’ve never experienced this. John and Tammy cleaned my carpets today, however, and my fiancé and I can’t seem to get the odor of cigarette smoke out of our house. I noticed the odor on Tammy when they showed up (right on time!). But the fact that our house still smells like it is kind of annoying. But that’s my only complaint! Other than that, John and Tammy do great work and their price is unbeatable. They know what they’re doing.

John has cleaned carpets for me for years, both in my home and at my business. He is always on time and does a great job. Very professional. I know others charge more and use hired labor so why would I use them? I would recommend Right-Way to anyone wanting a great service at a fair price.
