We were in a vulnerable situation and needed help. According to their word, Mr. Rooter (a nationwide company) was properly equipped and licensed to complete our sewer line repair job (which included excavating on public property) in accordance with City of Reno requirements. As it turned out (per the Public Works Department) they lack the proper classification to encroach upon public property which prevented them from getting the proper permit. In fact, the City record indicates that they did not even try to get a permit but they proceeded with the job anyway. They no doubt knew from the start that they should not have bid this job. I was so happy that I called Mr Rooter, They were able to come the same day, able to help me with my issue, help me identifiy the issue and gave me a options to get it fixed. I will be telling everyone about the great $95 drain special they have even on a weekend.
