James came out for our kitchen sink and was able to make it drain again. Great service, easy to schedule an appointment, and reasonably priced. Would use them again!
James did a great job rodding our sewer line. He was very neat and clean and even liked our dog!
The Rotor Rooter repair man, Kaden, was professional and knowledgeable with regard to knowing what to do. He cleared the line and cleaned up the mess. He was pleasant to work with and explained what he was doing and why.
The service was prompt, courteous, efficient, and effective. I will definitely contact Mr. Rooter again for my plumbing needs.
