Fantastic customer service! We had a pipe collapse a few months ago and they came out right away and had a team come dig and replace the pipe. Fast forward two months later, it was backing up. They came and fixed it within a few hours. They worked with us on the price and were completely available, kind, and flexible with us. Excellent technicians!

We discovered a leak in one of our copper pipes in our utility room. I called Mr. Rooter at 7am and they said a technician would arrive between 8:30-10:30am. I was so happy that it was Garrick who arrived at 8:40am! He had previously been to my house in Aug to replace our leaking water filter! Garrick, as professional and friendly as ever, identified the pin hole leak and proceeded to cut out the bad section and replace with a good piece of copper piping! His work is top-notch and his knowledge and professionalism are so impressive!! He even had a $75 off coupon that he applied to the service cost! He is our Go-To Plumber now!!

Jacob came to snake my sewer line and I couldn’t be more happy about it. He was respectful and efficient. His professionalism was impeccable and I asked for his card so when I call again, he will be the one to respond. It was my birthday 2/22 and he made my day better. This company is the very best.

I am beyond happy with the service! We had to call for a plugged main line. The technician, Trevor, was so friendly and explained exactly what was happening throughout the process. We got service and a solution (with a smile) the same say we called, for a very reasonable price. Hopefully we won't need this again, but if we do, I know to call. Definitely recommend.
