Mr. Rooter did an excellent job fixing plumbing issues in my home. Erlind was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. He did a great job communicating issues and the necessary steps needed to complete the work. This is the second time I have used Mr. Rooter and the service was great both times. I highly recommend using them!

Austin Green came out this morning and quickly repaired our sink and cleared a clog that had been causing problems. He was fast, knowledgeable, and very professional throughout the entire visit. He explained the issue clearly and fixed everything efficiently. On top of that, he was friendly and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a reliable plumber.

I would recommend Mr. Rooter plumbing. Professional, clean, fair up front pricing. Bobby R. was my plumber and he was amazing! Did a bunch of work around the house and installed a sump pump. I was always nervous about getting a plumber over to the house, but Mr. Rooter makes it easy and simple. Bobby especially made it great. Can’t say enough how happy I am my leaky faucets are gone and I have peace of mind in my basement. 5 stars Bobby!

Love all the Neighborly companies. I have used them multiple times for services at my home. Always professional, on time and in an emergency came on a Sunday to work on my plumbing no extra charge and no extra charge for having to go in the crawl space. This time I used Mr Rooter. Made my appointment and my problem was resolved by the next afternoon. THANK YOU

I hired Mr. Rooter to scope my sewage lines and do some plumbing repair work in my basement. Jason A. came out to do the work and he did a fantastic job! He walked me through everything he was seeing on the camera and gave me a realistic, no bs assessment of my plumbing issues without trying to sell me on any repairs I didn't need. Jason was friendly and hilarious and walked me through everything he was checking for and what repairs he recommended. Pricing was fair and the quality of work was very professional. When he was finished with the work, he cleaned everything to the extent that there was no trace of a mess left. Hopefully I never need them again, but I would definitely hire Mr. Rooter again!
