Had a good experience with this plumber business. I believe Jose was the plumber sent to my home and he was very professional, He was very nice and proceeded to unclog my shower drain. He even gave me tips to prevent this from happening again. Only gave them a 4 starvrating though because the price was higher than expected and my mailer coupon was not valid for the job. Otherwise I would use them again.

Some times when you buy an order home you can inherit problems. Ours is plumbing. A couple of days ago it wasn't working like normal. It didn't get better, so I called Mr. Rooter to see what was going on. Armando came with camera in hand, snaked down the air vents openings on the roof and came back with unpleasant news concerning the pipes. They were very close to failing. My house is close to 73 years old and we had already had one waste line replaced. So I have a history of problems and when Armondo came back with the news I was ready. I gave permission to have the pipes descaled and then sprayed with liquid plastic, creating a new pipe inside the old one. With a wing and prayer we hope this solves the problem, at least, this time. We had a major plumbing issue from our house to the main city line. Mr Rooter came out within an hour of my call and diagnosed our issue. They had 4 big trucks come out and repipe our broken and rooted lines and got us back up as quickly as possible. They cleaned up after all their hard work so the damage looked minimal!

Carlos and Rogelio were fantastic honest, knowledgeable, and did some great work! Will definitely do business with them again and ask for them if possible. 5 star Service!
