DO NOT RECOMMEND. BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! They are not professionals and they do not know how to fix plumbing issues. They quoted me $7k to dig up pipes after Dakotah Bailey left a huge mess in our crawl space without notifying us. There was very little communication, left our door unlocked overnight because he left so quickly, and the manager Michelle is also unresponsive to help. We needed help urgently and they said they could come right away, but he came hours later because Dakotah’s phone died. They said he came earlier, but that was a lie. This is a very shady company and the worst one I’ve worked with. Go to 1 Tom Plumber for professional help and honesty.

Filled out a form for a quote to do some work, and the apprentice showed up at 630pm wanting to start work without a quote. Called the next day and they told me they had a miscommunication. Made an appt for a quote, and they never showed...no call, no email. Called them back and they told me they could be there the following day. Again...no show, no call, no email. Reply: That is not what happened. He showed up at 630pm without confirming what I wanted. He walked into my house without being invited...just followed my wife inside when she said she would grab the phone to call me. Luckily, I was right down the street. These guys are A+ in my book and I am extremely critical usually. Came out on Memorial Day weekend, troubleshoot the problem and set up everything to fix my sewer pipe from the house to the street that became completely blocked by a root intrusion. All 5 of the people I worked with were top notch. Totally competent, fair price, on time, all that. If I had another problem like this I would not hesitate to call them. I doubt I will though....they did such a great job!

Helped me with a solution for ground water problems which I appreciate, they finished 1/16/26. After project was completed I found an issue with water still coming out of a pipe next to my foundation which was part of the original project. I called the company starting on 1/23/26 numerous times to have it fixed and no one showed up and the issue still isn't fixed as of today 2/3/26. I will call someone else when I need a plumber in the future.

I just bought a new home, and the water heater blew out. After calling 3 other plumbing companies, one even booked me and then cancelled an hour before showing, Mr. Rooter kindly sent someone out at the end of a work shift day. Once their tech arrived we discovered the crawlspace had flooded, and it became an urgent situation that needed to be pumped before they could even get to the source. Scott, and his crew didn’t push me off till later in the week. They felt it was very important to take care of it for me right away, and even worked through the weekend! All I can say is these guys went above and beyond to get our home back up and running so that we could not only have water working in the house, again, but to make sure that my home would not suffer any more damages any time again in t
