I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter thanks to our technician, Kelvin. He was excellent from start to finish. He explained every step of the process clearly, let me know exactly what needed to be done, and handled the repair of our broken shower handle with skill and care.

I cannot say enough about this company and those who works here. I would have given more stars if I could. After days of water pouring out of my backflow for my sprinklers, I finally was able to get ahold of a plumber who could work with us in the freezing cold. Megan was excellent, she was very sweet and listened to my troubles and fit me in for an appt when emergencies were happening all over town due to freezing pipes. Each time I spoke to her, her customer service was astounding! Our plumber Mike came out, as his last call and was able to help me get the water off and give me a quote to complete the job later down the road. Alex arrived promptly, listened to my concerns, proceeded to the issue at hand, explained in detail what the problem could be and then explained in detail how to fix. Thankfully he was able to replace the shower handle faucet which was minor to what we had anticipated! His keen interest, professionalism, and extreme pleasantries helped to ease the burden of the cost! I had a last minute repair needed that was required for my hot water heater prior to closing on my property. The manager Mr. Angel stopped everything he was doing and jumped right on it. The repairs were top notch and the communications were exceptional. Angel's professionalism, technical expertise and attitude was refreshing and Mr. Rooter should be happy to have him as a lead.

My well pump stop working had no idea what was wrong with it, I look on line saw Mr Rooter and left my information. They return my call gave me a quote and we went from there, love my pump.
