My experience with Mr. Rooter staff has always been exceptional. Mr. Sean Siering was very professional and explained the problem and how it would be resolved. The price was perfect. Mr. Rooter prices have always been reasonable. I have used their services for over a decade and have always been extremely impressed with the staff and their work. In less than two hours from initial call for service to services completed the issue was resolved. I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing repairs. I had Dave come by a couple of times in the past two weeks (for unrelated issues! Everything happens at once) and he was GREAT. Friendly, professional, courteous, and kind. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything that he was doing. He was also meticulous and very very clean. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I was referred to Mr. Rooter through RWA PipeSafe Complete (which if you don't have, you should get!) and have had to call several times since moving into my home last summer. Every single person I have spoken to or greeted in my home has been outstanding; Alissa in the office? AH-MAZING!!! Sean, Lou, etc. all fantastic. Today David Acampora responded to the call and again, just wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly checked for related issues. He was friendly and a great communicator. He explained everything clearly and respectfully. He made me feel comfortable that the problem was handled. In addition, he had a young apprentice with him. These guys are the best! Josh came out to a basement sewer back up within an hour and handled it perfectly. He kept me updated and had excellent communication. Not only that, he went above and beyond and shoveled the back sidewalk to access the bulkhead door. I can’t recommend him highly enough! Thanks again.

I wanted to say that I had a great experience. I first had a bit of an issue with scheduling for a frozen main drain in my bathroom. Luis at dispatch was amazing and got me an appointment within 30 minutes. Steve came out and was great. He was very professional and gave me a lot of options with whatever we may encounter. The price was actually reasonably with all things considered as I had other estimates that were much more. I would recommend if you have any plumbing needs.
