Total Lawn Care and Snow Plowing

I contacted this company to inquire about residential snow-plowing services and had a very concerning interaction. When I called at approximately 7:30 PM to ask about availability, the person who answered immediately began yelling at me for calling at that time rather than calmly explaining business hours or declining the request professionally. I fully understand that snow events are busy and stressful for service providers; however, respectful communication with potential customers is a basic professional expectation. The tone and hostility of this interaction were unexpected and inappropriate for a simple service inquiry. Michael was quick to respond to provide a quote for our landscaping project. They arrived right on time and performed quality work and cleaned up upon completion. They conducted themselves professionally from start to finish. He went out of his way to meet all of our expectations and I would highly recommend them for any lawn care or landscaping projects. I could not be happier with how smooth and efficient the whole transformation of our front yard was. Communication was clear before project began and ongoing throughout the process. From the first conversation to completion of project was fast and efficient, yet thorough. Crew was respectful of property and existing structures by removing lights and replacing when done. Garden was cleaned up nicely and left without any mess left behind. End results were wonderful and exactly as agreed upon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great end result, clear communication throughout and respectful crew. We couldn’t be happier with how quickly they came out and transformed our front yard.

Great company I have to say when every company was to busy mike took the time to give us a quote & sent his crew out the same week. An absolutely hard working & professional company they take pride in their work/craft & the customer service is on another level.

This is our second season with Michael (total lawn care and snow plowing). The lawn is looking better than it has in a long time. Michael has been reliable, provided good advice and good value. I highly recommend him.
