Courteous and professional are the words I would use to describe Mr Rooter. I was happy with the level of communication and the skill and expertise demonstrated at the job site. Dan is a straight shooter who tells you exactly what is and isn’t necessary to complete the work and is willing to go the extra mile to provide an excellent customer experience. Excellent response time and great communication. They came out for a drain blockage on a holiday and returned the next morning first thing to fully diagnose the reason for the blockage and recommend a repair. Both Michael and Dan are competent and did an awesome job.
