Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Williamsburg

They are a true rip off!!! Each time they over charged me nd now finding out the didn’t replace tank only pressure switch nd look at price they charge nd also check how much additional was on the same crawl space !!This was 2025.. Now fast forward to same time but 2026 was called out to check same pipe from warranty nd was denied saying same pipe but different spot!!He claimed the difference on the high crawl space price because it was soaking wet but you all see clearly that I had a sub pump sucked all water out 3 hrs before they even arrived.And Yes I’m working wit attorney now to take out civil suit against them.Hope this doesn’t happen to you!!!🥵🥵🥵

We had a bit of an emergency! Our toilet had been 'running' so I tried to turn it off at the valve below the tank, and then the valve began to drip! Because this happened Sunday morning, I was a bit concerned about who/how to get ahold of a plumber, but noticed the Mr Rooter ad, saying they were available 24/7 at no extra cost!!!! No brainer. My neighbor, I noticed, also uses Mr Rooter, which gave me confidence in calling them. Jonny came out in the afternoon and was very friendly, but also very professional. He was able to correct both problems by doing a "rebuild" of the inside of the toilet, as well as replacing the water line and valve below the tank. for which we were truly thankful. Thank you! They seem to work on a 'per job', not 'per hour' basis, which was quoted before he started.

I had the best experience with Mr. Rooter of Williamsburg. They were prompt, thorough, and fairly priced. They diagnosed the problem with my tankless hot water heater and were able to make the repair the following day (while coming up with a solution to restore my hot water overnight before they could come back to make the permanent fix). I truly appreciate the professionalism of this company and how they treated me as a new customer. I would recommend them to everyone!

Excellent service from start to finish! Wyatt arrived promptly for the estimate, and Quentin did a fantastic job replacing all the stop valves and the main water shut-off valve in my home. Both were incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I am also impressed with the before and after photos for my records. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter of Williamsburg for any plumbing needs!
