Mr Smokestack Chimney Service

Greg came out today on a service call for my gas log that Mr Smokestack installed a few years ago. He was on time and called in advance to provide an ETA. Greg was courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly and took care of the problem. He was respectful of my home, wore booties so as not to track up the floor, and left the work area clean and neat when the work was completed. We discussed setting up an annual maintenance agreement and i will follow up on that as it appears to be a good option to ensure peace of mind just as you have your HVAC systems regularly checked out. All in all very pleased with today's service call and highly recommend Mr Smokestack who employ great service technicians like Greg.

Logan was very meticulous with his inspection and cleaning of our fireplace. I would highly recommend Mr Smokestack for your fireplace needs. I have put off having our fireplace cleaned due to past experiences with other companies. I did not think there was a company that I could trust but I found that in Mr Smokestack Chimney Service. I needed my gas fireplace serviced. Today, two technicians from Mr. Smokestack came to my house. Their names were Greg and Dani. They were very respectful of my home and put protective gear on their shoes. I explained what was happening with my fireplace. They listened and accessed the fireplace, and put in the required failing parts. They then explained to me what had happened and provided a detail invoice of those repairs. I was so pleased that I signed up for the annual maintenance program. I feel much better knowing my fireplace is truly functional. Again, I can't stress how polite and professional both technicians were. I HIGHLY recommend this company. The entire communication and process was wonderful!

Mike and Kaiden were respectful and helpful. They made sure the area around the fireplace was covered and they wore gloves to make sure their hands wouldn't spread soot around the house. They explained what to watch out for in the future and looked at my fireplace's manuals to see what blower options might be available. Tyler from the office called to answer questions about this, recommending I keep the fireplace I have because of its quality and the very high cost of changing it to a wood stove or gas. Will definitely have them service it again.

Logan was very professional and knowledgeable. I thought I was going to blow my house up if I tried to get my gas logs working myself and he cleaned everything up and it works great. And my house didn't blow up. And I'm sorry, I forgot her name but the girl Logan had with her was very nice too. Highly recommend this team. Thank you!
